併ぶのが遅く、従業員の働きが遅い(実はフランス人の持病で、他のレンタカー会社のAVIS HERTZも遅い)が、態度はまあまあ情熱的だが、後にゴルフにグレードアップしてしまった(僕が注文したのはルノーだった)。(実は后取り放1件しか車のトランクを発見した28インチの箱、我々がまた一つの大きな箱しか入れ、後列のよかった2人しか)

They arbitrarily use a high exchange rate for USD transactions and have repeated charges without resolving them. They gave us a 5-seater instead of a 7-seater. I'm not sure if there's a worse rental company.

Despite having purchased full insurance through the rental platform, they charged extra insurance fees without any explanation, and emergency rescue fees were also listed on the bill.
