This company is not good. If you book a car through Zuzuche, buying full insurance at pickup will be one-third more expensive than booking directly with the car company. They don't allow you to use your own toll tag and instead make you use theirs, which comes with a high management fee.

The service was very warm and attentive. The car was in good condition. After finding out that we had already purchased full insurance through QEEQ, they didn't try to sell us any more insurance, just informed us that the insurance we bought had nothing to do with their company. Great value for money, highly recommended.

The staff had a great service attitude, and there was a shuttle to the pick-up location.

The car was ready when we arrived & was a Hyundai I30 in spotless condition. There was no discrimination regarding age, relating to extra costs for insurance. Emma the lady who handed the car over was friendly & informative & was a joy to deal with. Would certainly use East Coast again if visiting Queensland.

All good but was charged several dollars more because I picked it up early, but didn't get a refund when I returned it early. However price was good.
