Allow extra time to pick up your vehicle the office is tiny and busy. I had to wait outside when I first got there as it was jam packed. You when have to walk to the other side of the hotel to collect your car.
The shuttle service bus stop at Heathrow terminal 5 is incorrectly advised on the documents received when booked. It states bus stop 16 for H51 but it’s actually 17

Like: Great upgrade, without being asked. Just very friendly, attentive service. Good experience Dislike: In general that UK rental companies make it very expensive to take the car the the continent, which doesn’t apply to EU rentals.
Like: We didn't have to wait in line, either for pickup or drop off. The price of the rental was very reasonable. We were given a free upgrade to a larger yet still fuel efficient vehicle, and the car had GPS, which would have cost us substantially more than the total price of the rental if we had to pay for it. Dislike: Although you can pick up or drop off your car between 06:00 and 22:00 at their Heathrow Airport location, you can only call them (or any other Green Motion office) between 09:00 and 17:00. Also, we had to pay 9 pounds each for my wife and me to ride the Hoppa Bus from Heathrow to Green Motion and back again. While the car rental broker company, EasyRent, said that we would not be reimbursed for this fee, the supplier, Green Motion, said that we would, and we have not yet resolved this issue.

Awful liar. The counter staff cheated my husband by forcing him to buy many items which she did not mention and end up paying $2600 more, otherwise she would not let my husband take the car despite the fact that I paid the rental.
The car I booked and requested was not available which is always the biggest problem so I had to pay extra to upgrade the vehicle. as the one being provided in the same category was terrible
Basically they advertise a price for a certain car, which you reserve online, you get there on a shuttle bus from Heathrow after a flight with all your luggage so you are trapped.. You wait for ages as many disgruntled passengers are querying with two staff members, you then have your turn. Basically the car you thought you were renting is not available, they offer a substandard car or another at a much much higher price... You then have to take out insurance at about 28 pounds per day, you also have to pay extra for more mileage. If you don't take higher premium you get stuck with shit crappy car for a family of 5 as no others... If you take expensive insurance out magically a car that can accomodate the five of you appears... Total farce, the guys behind the counter sound like robots, just churning out the same sentences to everyone, not one person in that car rental office left with a smile on their face. Every customer left feeling fleeced and pissed of!!! AVOID at all costs............
Agent was not able to honour the price agreed. He insisted I paid for additional insurance I did not want or need as I have a credit card that covers car insurance. He repeated refused to accept my position. He just said he could not let me have car without an extra insurance payment that was four times the cost of the rental itself. The only choice he gave me was to take it or walk away with no car.
I shall never book with them again unless this issue is explained properly.
