Katie at Birmingham airport was fantastic. Katie was hospitable, provided great options, helped with all ours queries with a fun and positive disposition. The return was concerning because the details in the system were incorrect and the insurance deposit hold was not released from our Cr card causing problems with purchases in other shops.

The staff were very rude. They charged me £5 per day for an upgrade because I arrived 15 minutes late. We had a lot of luggage and had no choice but to accept it. The staff even told us that it was obvious we needed a car at the time. I was speechless. The baby seat fee was a complete rip-off. I booked a booster seat for £10/day, but they said my 3-year-old couldn't use that and charged me £13/day for a baby seat. I trusted his professional advice. However, the company only had two very dirty baby seats, which were ultimately unusable. As a result, I opted for the originally booked booster seat. Upon final billing, the company refused to acknowledge the price difference. They charged me £117 for 8 days, overcharging me by £37. They also refused to provide a refund. When returning the car, the staff quickly and professionally found paint damage within 3 minutes – one spot on the door about the size of a pen tip and another small, not-so-obvious spot on the front. I must admit, his professionalism here was impressive. The car wasn't cleaned when we picked it up, and in the constantly rainy UK weather, it was hard to tell if the specks were raindrops or paint chips. I accidentally scratched the tire rim while driving, but the damage wasn’t severe. They ended up charging me £544.80 for the damage. I'll upload photos later for everyone to see. Honestly, the car renting experience was very bad. I will not book here again; it’s a rip-off. Remember the license plate of the car I used, so you won't get scammed again.

Dislike: Had new system put in which was on a constant go slow. Not the operators fault.

Staff very friendly, car was excellent for my purpose and will be back for a seventh time with them very soon. No need for staff to upsell the insurance as I'd already purchased it online.

Price dropped by £9 on my £80 booking so a great saving. Easy app to use. Will be back.

Once again I was more than happy with green motion. Service, friendly helpful staff, virtually new car etc. were excellent. Will continue to use them.

Once again easyrentcars.com got me a bargain for car hire. I will definitely use them again.

Bit expensive once you add unlimited miles. Dodgy petrol metre so ended up spending extra 10 quid cause it wasnt full at pick up.

Difficult to find. Poorly sign posted. On return staff member rude & dismissive. Problem with car & despite assurances that someone would contact this did not happen. Even after email. Outrageous cost to (supposedly) repair of a superficial mark. Only discovered after this incident that the company has been investigated for same. Would neither recommend nor return to these cowboys.

The rental location is in another building at the airport, requiring a shuttle train to reach it.

Car was upgraded from manual fiat 500 to an automatic Volvo. Great car but it smelled of stale smoke which was so strong! I had to drive with all the windows open for the entire weekend which was a work trip. All my luggage stank, as did I! Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. The car hire charge was £20 for 5 days so it was total value for money but I doubt i'll use Green Motion again. The value for money wasn't worth the worry and stinking of smoke all weekend.

Greenmotion are not customer friendly. They will never accompany any requests to satisfy customer preferences, even if you are a returning customer.

Price protector saved me about 10% of the original hire amount. I am always satisfied with Easyrentcars.com

They tried to make me buy their insurance and said that easyrentcar insurance was not valid and said they'd never dealt with any third party insurance before. Then demanded my bank statement and TWO phone numbers. My driving licence and passport was not sufficient.
