Very satisfied. We drove along the Great Ocean Road for two days. Initially, we planned to pick up the car at the airport from the city center, but the staff suggested we pick up the car near the CBD. There were three seniors over 70 years old traveling with us, and our pace was relatively slow. The staff patiently waited for us for over an hour. When picking up the car, he patiently explained the precautions and informed us of the location of gas stations for refueling before returning the car. He even drove us to the airport free of charge.
