“rentals were just ok”

About ACE: 6.7 /10

Customer service was ok. Vehicle was booked with "unlimited miles" but at the counter I was told that it was 275 miles daily and on the contract it was written 375 miles daily. The van was sent out with a "patched tire" that the TPMS light stayed on constantly. I had to put another patch on the tire as it was consistently leaking. I did this at my expense.

“Waited over an hour for pick up. After pickup had to return the van back to low tire pressure.”
