This is essentially a private car rental company with no service attitude and very unprofessional. The location was incorrect; it was actually on the second floor of a restaurant 200 meters away with no clear signage. It took asking for directions for a while to find it. It was not Shouqi Car Rental, but rather had a Europcar sign. I spoke with a foreigner on the way, and he booked a car using another app at less than half the price I paid.

Terrible experience, very unprofessional. The company arbitrarily charges fees and deducts from my credit card without my consent.
