1. The rental location is far from the train station, you need to take a taxi to get there.
Following the most prominent address on the order, there were no stores nearby. Called QEEQ at the location and was informed that the terms clearly state the pickup is not near the train station. Not sure why the address shown on every order is usually correct, but not this time.
2. The handover was in the lobby and entrance of a hotel in Navy Park, not sure if there is an actual storefront.
3. Additional charge for car wash.
4. Got a car of an unknown brand.
5. The rental company mentioned a mileage limit and wanted to charge extra, but I argued and didn’t get charged.
In summary: Dealing with rental companies requires knowledge and experience. There’s nothing to do but reflect and learn from the experience.
