Car is totally under power. Check engine indicator permanently came off and the car jerked most of the time while on the go, we made a complaint and wanted to change car but was declined(console by them saying everything is ok, will rescue when car breakdown...WTH). luckily it did not give us any problem at all. car seats have many stains maybe previous users went in wet and cushion left airdried - could have sent for cleaning beforehand. Person in charge are friendly.

the car is okay. changed from almeira to civic which is good. no counter during arrival. person need to be contact. hard for tourist which do not have local line to call. no credit card facilities to perform deposit on the car. luckily local manager is negotiable to the deposit value
The car was in good condition, although the staff have to be more careful not to leave any garbage and lost/ found artifacts in the vehicle.
Booked for the Krabi branch. There was no pick up counter. Had to call for pickup and the number given was wrong.( Gave me a bit of heart attack when they did not contact me near time). Staff later called and informed that they will be later for drop off 10mins. Overall satisfactory service.

I have book for TOYOTA Fortuner ended up we reach chiang rai airport they pass us and Isuzu Car which they didnt let us know… car have reverse sensor, but it’s not working . Car player not really functioning. I do understand is a high season but they needs to let us know they dont have Toyota Fortuner and we can try find somewhere else.. not when we reach then we knows that we’re not getting the TOYOTA FORTUNER CAR .
Points of dissatisfaction are as follows:
1. When the car was involved in an accident, no one was sent immediately to handle it. After multiple requests, someone was finally sent a few days later. Upon returning to my country, my deposit was withheld because they claimed there were manual fees for the incident, which were not included in the insurance. This potential cost was never mentioned when picking up the car.
2. The fuel tank was not full when picking up the car. I had to pay for parking myself. Additionally, there was a small hole in the backseat window tint, which was impossible to notice when picking up the car at night, only discovered during the day when someone sat in the back. Again, a deposit was withheld.
3. They required me to return the car one hour before my booked time. I originally planned to arrive at the airport at 4:30 am, but they insisted I arrive at 3:30 am to inspect the car. However, upon my arrival at the agreed time, no one was there! I was told to leave the car keys in the glove compartment and return the car online! This wasted an hour of my sleep time!

Very pleasing person greet us at the information desk, very helpful. We got an upgrade to Honda Civic, but was not washed properly. Overall great car to drive and great rental price offered. Would love to book again with Cmore.

Easy to book, as always. Got a great deal and full insurance coverage, which is easily overlooked by many.
They randomly charge extra fees anytime they want. When did this rental platform become so chaotic for consumers? The deposit had to be paid in cash on the spot, not through the platform, nor by credit card—direct cash payment was required. I specifically checked and found that there were no extra delivery charges on the rental platform, but upon arrival, we were asked to pay a delivery fee. Upon returning the car, they said we had to pay a late fee. I clearly had 4 hours left before reaching the 24-hour mark, yet they charged me a late fee of 200. No other platform charges extra fees for returning the car. Future users should be cautious with this rental company.
It can best reflect whether the service is good or not when in bad situation. I carelessly damaged the left front bumper when reversing to a parking lot in the first day and immediately returned the car to the hire company. In the last day before I left, I actually expect that I need to pay some (although the booking contract says collision damage waiver), but I cannot get their genuine reply about the part I need to pay. The guy who dealt with me face-to-face and his boss whom I talked over the phone are asking for different cost (I can see that they just want to show the big number and then easier to charge me higher, but even they themselves are not aligned on one number). They listed down many items (total $50,000THB) and even included 14days "sunk cost" at $10,000THB (cannot use when in repair). To me, this is not a reasonable charge and they were just trying to get most from me.
