The location in Terminal 2 at CDG was a bit hard to find, perhaps because I was picking up at 8:00am, and the counter in the terminal wasn't open, so I had to go outside. However, general directions are given to how get there, and I was able to find it and had a smooth experience after that. Terminal 1 is a little more congested and hard to navigate, but all the staff was friendly.

Booking was fine- the app frequently logs you out and is not smooth, so hopefully they'll work to make a smoother user experience.

Car was fantastic. The pick up process took longer than expected as our flight was late but the staff was extremely helpful (offered us coffee too ! )

Very easy to book, great job as explaining the different add ons without trucking you into pre selecting any of them. Great rewards and referral program as well. Highly recommended!
Great, very enthusiastic. We arrived early in the morning by plane, and there were very few rental companies open at that time, so other customers from different rental companies came here to ask questions. They answered enthusiastically. There are three companies sharing one counter in a small workspace, but they are all friendly and helpful. Props! The workspace seems to belong to Enterprise! The people at Alamo were also very friendly, but I never received a contract. Not sure if it was because they didn't have my email in the system or if the staff weren't familiar with the system. The staff used a Pad to operate and said I would receive an email later, but I didn't! When returning the car, there was a small scratch, and they charged me 1000 euros. Still said I needed to wait for an email, but I didn't dare to, so I waited there until another person helped me. I think it was someone from Enterprise who finally gave me a paper receipt.
Picked up the car from CDG airport without problem. Tested fine except noisy wheel and braking. 1 hour into the journey, problem of the braking system got worse. Called the technical support and offered 2 options: car tow without replacement or drive back to the airport for a swap.
We chose to drive back with slowly to the airport to avoid accident. Countered already closed after midnight. Rented hotel room at the airport at our own cost and got the car replaced the next day.
The staffs said the car was checked and certified before handed over to us and will do another round of testing and will give us the report.

Renting a car in Europe is not as convenient as in the US. Most people drive small cars like Peugeot, Citroen, and Fiat, which have very small trunks and narrow seats. Considering I had 2-3 large pieces of luggage, I rented a Citroen station wagon, but they gave me a Ford station wagon with over 70,000 kilometers on it. I refused, then they offered me a Fiat with 25,000 kilometers. I insisted on a car with no more than 2,000 kilometers. They said they had none, and told me to just find any car in the parking lot and drive it. Eventually, they brought in a Ford station wagon with 500 kilometers, which uses diesel. Fuel cost was about 1.5 euros per liter, and I spent 130 euros on fuel for the 1200 kilometers. The car was thoroughly inspected upon return, and they held a deposit for several weeks before returning it. They also made me buy additional insurance at 29 euros per day on top of the basic insurance.
I got my car too late, uncleaned and with plenty off damages. When I complained I was told that I was too late and that my car was given to other customers. When I called to extend my stay, I was promised a call back which I never got. So far I’m still missing my security payment of 250 Euros which I’m afraid they will try to keep as the car purportedly had new damages upon return and a missing luggage cover. By far one of my worst rental experiences and I travel a lot! Please fix this and make sure I get my deposit back.

Rental process was smooth. Complaint process not used yet, to come. Will see how they appreciate their customers.
We arrived at the rental station after a late flight with the family and young kids. There was only one staff member and 2 other customers joined the line with us. But the guy was chatting up the two female friends that had come to visit him at work for over 20 minutes whilst ignoring us and other customers.
Eventually a colleague arrived and was able to serve the customers. When it was our turn they tried to give us a 5 seater despite us booking a 7 seater as there was 6 of us. The guy had given a free upgrade to a group of 4 girls in front of us and given away the last 7 seater. So they had to then arrange to get one delivered from a different depot.
The lady serving was helpful but the whole process was slow and unacceptable given that it was late and pretty quiet.
