CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON KEDDY BY EUROPCAR IN KRABI

I'm getting the exact car model (Nissan Almera) that I booked through the website. The car is spacious enough to cater 5 adults and one small kids. Moreover, the staffs were so friendly and efficient where the car pick-up and drop-off time is really fast which is beyond my expectation. I will definitely come back for Europcar again!

While my booking was for a Nissan Almera (1500cc), I was given a Toyota Yaris (1200cc). The reason given to me was that the Nissan was not available. Other than that, experience with Keddy was good with smooth handing and taking over, and the car was ok to drive around Krabi - just need a little more pressure on the accelerator if you are overtaking.

The staff were very polite, and the pickup and drop-off process was convenient.

The drop off took over an hour as the office did not open until 7:30 am, but our flight was 8:25 am. Good thing Krabi Airport is small, so there was no problem going through security checks and going to boarding gate.

I had an appointment at 9, but I arrived at the airport early. They start work at 8 and were there to help me with the paperwork right away. I had printed out my translated driver's license and the order, which I accidentally misplaced at the airport, but it was no problem. They clearly explained the driving precautions.

The early drop off price is pricey, almost equivalent to my one day rental rate.

Like: The environment, natural beauty & friendly people. Foods are satisfying & delicious. Trips really smooth & enjoyable. No hassle.
Dislike: Signage mostly in Thai language & need to stress more on English. Some of the hotel staff are poor in English & some do not speak in English at all. Bad public relation.
