Excellent site for a great value rentals.

Avis is not helping me to find the right car . My trip is getting worse and I have to pay extra money for finding other transportation.

Waiting in line for more than 45 minutes. An employee of Avis pretended not to see my reservation, and offered to pay 1348 euros in addition to 345 euros paid for Easyrentcars.com ahhh! It's cheating! I refused! The employee "looked carefully", found the reservation and offered to pay 845 euros in addition to 345 euros paid on Easyrentcars.com ahhh! Want pay attention! I have previously rented a car many times in Avis Verona airport, never had such problems! I'm terrified!

The car model provided was incorrect. I booked an SUV but received a sedan, which couldn't fit all my luggage.

Always find ways to make you pay more. Never renting from this company again!

This is the first time I've left a review, and it's the worst experience. They didn't give me an SUV at all. I called the rental company, and their response was ridiculous. Yes, technically they gave me a five-seater, but are they going to give me a five-seater domestic car next time?

We got a big car we didn't need that size, but the staff said the only one car available. And the car is always alarming for oil, annoying.

They added a lot of insurance without informing me.

They try to let me paid for every thing and when I told them I book Audi they told my take fiat after that I change the car by pigot 8003 and they let me paid the diference .

I booked a car on the Zuzuche website and paid the full amount. However, when I got to the store, there was no car available. They took advantage of my lack of language skills (I only speak Chinese and a few words of English) and asked me to pay an additional 531.44 euros under the guise of an upgrade. After swiping my card, I felt something was wrong (fortunately, I hadn't signed their receipt) and immediately called Zuzuche to correct the order. But I still don't know if the money that AVIS charged me can be refunded, even though the Zuzuche agent said it would be based on the actual payment (I added an extra day to my reservation).

When returning the car, no damages were mentioned, but they immediately charged 1000 Euros after I left. When I inquired later, they refused to tell me what was damaged. I bought full coverage on Zuzuche, but neither side took responsibility, and their attitude was poor.

Terrible service attitude, raising prices arbitrarily! Not giving cars unless you pay! Very bad company, do not rent from them.

Disgusting

a) We had a long waiting time at the time of picking up as there was a Huge queue of people waiting. After a long flight this was painful. b) the staff during drop off was rude, he ignored me and picked a client who came after me and wouldn't listen to anything I said

The place is quite small, and the attitude is average.

Shame that a company which has a slogan :"we try harder" provides just 1 out of 11 counters for pick -up service.

A pity that we have neither received the car we booked nor got a car from same category.
