The pick-up process was convenient, and they offered a free car replacement due to a mechanical fault midway.

Like: The process was easy to reserve online. Pickup was a breeze and the staff was very helpful. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

It's okay

The staff is courteous, kind, and accommodating. The Cars are very nice.

The cars from Dollar are relatively old, but they work fine. They even gave us a free upgrade. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient. However, they always try to add insurance without asking, so make sure to double-check when picking up the car. QEEQ helped me communicate and get it removed, so overall, I'm fairly satisfied. There are toll roads on the East Coast of the US, and I got lost a few times. I was charged $50 when I got back home, so be careful. On the West Coast, there's only one toll at the Golden Gate Bridge.
