We had to delay picking up the car due to a flight delay, but the staff provided excellent service.

Although off airport site was ok to call them but a bit of a wait on hold. Pick up area needed mite instructions.

Like: Car was responsive and had plenty of power also very fuel efficient and spacious inside.
Dislike: Road noise inside was a lot louder than l expected for such a new car. The auto locking system drove us mad when one of us wanted to nick into a shop for a few seconds.

Was given a car with many kilometres, the sign for petrol tank was faulty. It couldn’t reach full tank. The car was not fuel efficient and other drivers pointed out that the tyre were worn off they told me to be extremely careful

The booking mentioned about Hyundai 2 doors without clearly mentioned it was manual. I was charged extra for auto at pick up.

The overall process went good, nothing to complain about except... You are not told right from the start when you make a booking that even if you buy the highest possible insurance, you will still have to pay from your own pocket any damages that might occur in the case of an accident and then way for a refund from the ensurer. This should be much better communicated.

Highly recommended company! Not only are the prices low, but the service is excellent! Firstly, a shuttle arrived within 5 minutes after we landed. The only downside was that it was after office hours, and no one picked up the customer service call, so I thought the shuttle might not come. When we arrived at the pickup location, the car was a pleasant surprise—very new and clean. The customer service was good, and they didn't push the insurance. I took detailed photos and videos, and the staff didn't mind. The biggest surprise was when I returned the car. I had scratched it against a wall, but the employee told me it was okay and said, 'It's okay!' Although I had full insurance, it would still be a hassle to claim, but this saved me from all the trouble. They also drove us back to the airport. The staff were super nice!
