The process was very convenient, the staff's English was good, and they even offered me a free car upgrade. We encountered a tire pressure warning ⚠️, and when we returned to the rental location, one staff member was unwilling to help, but the others were quite helpful and filled the tire with air.

There was only one employee in the store. There was only one person ahead of me when picking up the car, so no need to wait in line.

Horrible customer service at check in. Very rude personnel, especially with my wife!

The pickup store sent multiple confirmations and even an email, but it was still wrong!!! This delayed our trip by two hours, which was really unacceptable. After placing the order, I noticed that the pickup store and the address did not match our requirements. Despite repeatedly contacting them to verify, it was of no use. Although they later compensated for the taxi fare between the two stores, the experience was very poor!
