car was dirty inside and out. chalky marks on the front passenger seat. rear brakes squealed like metal on metal car hesitated when gas pedal pressed.

The pickup address was shown as Hollywood, Los Angeles, but the actual location was in Ohio. A month has passed, and I still haven't received the rental reimbursement. Terrible service.
