Very satisfied with the service at Jackson Hole Airport AVIS. Pickup was convenient, the staff were very polite, and returning the car was simple and straightforward. Definitely a thumbs up.

There was no line, but the receptionist deliberately delayed. First, she tried to persuade me to switch cars (saying that the two-wheel drive car I booked was not good and that I should get a 4WD car, but I insisted on not changing, and finally found out they gave me an AWD car); then she aggressively pushed additional insurance, falsely claiming that I didn't have third-party insurance and could not drive without it. After confirming with QEEQ, I refused; finally, she added road assistance and other additional services to the agreement without my consent, and I signed it without carefully checking. When I picked up the car, I didn't notice that the windshield had a palm-sized crack until I had driven a short distance. Luckily, I took a photo at that time, so I didn't face any trouble when returning the car. Conclusion: the store is very poor.

Not many people, very quick, if you have all your documents ready they give you the car without much fuss. The staff is quite strict. You cannot use a US driver's license to pick up the car.

The Van exceeded our expectations, and very helpful letting us know when to make a shuttle. Could have used a bathroom but did not see one at location.

The rental company charged over 20 dollars during the rental period. When asked, it was said to be a fuel deposit. It's been half a month since returning the car with a full tank, and I still haven't seen the refund.

The rental location did not offer a fuel-optional service, and I was still charged even though I returned the car with a full tank. No one answered the phone, and my messages were not returned.

The store is very far from the airport, there are very few staff members, I was forced to purchase insurance, and I was forced to downgrade the car model.

When we arrived at the store, they demanded an upgrade for a higher price. After we refused, they gave us a downgraded vehicle. The next day, when we went to the store for an explanation, they pretended not to know. In the end, there was no apology!
