It was a simple process to collect the car at taoyuan Taipei international airport. Just call the given number and a shuttle van picked us up and straight to the collection point which is near to the airport. Vice versa for car return. Car was new and in clean condition. Oh yes, there was a further discount on rental price just before car collection. Small but sweet gesture from qeeq.com.

Very good car rental company. They contact you in advance to check all your documents, including passport, driver license, and international driving permit, to make sure that you can indeed rent a car in Taiwan. Remember that not all drivers license or international driving permit from all countries can allow you to drive in Taiwan. Staff are very friendly and warn you everything you should pay attention. If you get any questions, just ask.

can't complain much about the car since its a compact car. but it feels like wanting to veer to the right usually. saw some models they had but not on QEEQ platform. The driver who picked us up from the airport To Chailease was friendly.

Pick up was a bit confusing because there was no counter at Airport. I ended up at info-desk. At rental-office everything went above expectations. Very important: no hassle over upgrades and I got the car I wanted!! Outside we did a walk-around for damage and the most important functions of the car were explained. Good service!

台北駅構内で借りましたが、Hertzの固定店舗があるわけでなく指定場所にスタッフが待機しているスタイルのようです。また日本語がわかるスタッフさんがいなかったので翻訳アプリを介してやりとりしたので車に乗れるようになるまで時間がかかりました。スタッフさんが頑張って対応してくれたのは好印象でした。また利用したいです。

The overall experience with PONY was truly enjoyable. The car's exceptional condition, being less than a year old, added to the satisfaction of the rental. Exploring the impressive features of the vehicle heightened the overall experience. The seamless process of picking up and returning the car contributed to the convenience of the rental service. Notably, the absence of forceful upselling for additional services, such as insurance, was appreciated. I am confident in saying that I look forward to future rentals with PONY based on this positive encounter. We were so satisfied with the car conditions and given that it has travelled with us for 19 days, we decided to give it a car wash at the end as our token of appreciation.

The person in charge was on time on arrival to airport. He was very pleasant and friendly in attending to our request etc: clip for phone used for navigation, charger port in car, and was very detail in teaching us how to use the car . return process was very fast and he took us to the mrt station in airport as well .. thanks for making out taiwan trip wondeful.. car was great

In the accident, I accidentally scratched the car a little, but the car rental company opened a large amount of compensation, because the credit card has copied my information when taking the car, the staff did not come to check when the car was returned, only told me to stop Stop in the parking lot, then tell them the location and take a photo. Finally, back to my country, the car rental company brushed a huge amount of compensation, and the damage was not seen at the time. I was forced to pay under the pressure. 在意外中,不小心把車子刮花了一點,但租車公司卻開大額賠償金額,因信用卡在拿車時己複製我的資料,還車時工作人員沒有來檢查,只叫我在停子停在停車場,然後把位置告訴他們和拍照。最後回到我的國家,租車公司卻刷了巨額賠償金,而損壞部分是我當時沒看到的。在強迫下無奈付了。

The car pickup process was average and somewhat rigid. They immediately laid down three major rules about driving in Taiwan, which felt quite blunt. Then they complained about the poor manners of some previous mainland Chinese customers, which had caused them losses. This was their reason for not having full-tank returns. I was given a Toyota with the fuel light on, despite being promised a Nissan. No mention of changing the car model. Also, I was told that mainland Chinese customers wouldn't be able to use the onboard navigation because of pinyin. I didn't buy it and eventually figured out handwriting input myself. The dropoff process with the lady was much better, very friendly and talkative. Overall, it wasn't bad.

The mileage was on the high side 65,000+ kms. We asked for a lower one and the staff accommodated our request. The mileage was still higher than our expectation and past experience however (30,000+ kms). The car functioned well however. Overall, we are satisfied.

The car had almost no fuel when we picked it up. They told us to return it with the same amount of fuel. Seriously??? How could I risk driving until the fuel runs out? Running out of fuel on the road is a serious issue. This made us spend extra time finding a gas station and refueling before our trip. It was exhausting. When we returned the car with half a tank left, we were told we couldn’t get a refund. Fine, I expected that. Total waste of money.

Like: Ww collected the car in Taipei. It was not at low mileage but in peefect conditions anyway. No issues to drive on the mountains. Staff was friendly and made some effort to communicate in English
Dislike: Automatic gear sometimes did not play well in steep climbs. Requested but not get the navigator.

I was told to return the car before 8:30 PM, but before their closing time, they told me they had an appointment and were leaving early. I was already near the return location but couldn't find the exact spot. When I called, they said they had already left and asked me to go to a different location, wasting nearly an hour of my time. The customer service told me to wait in the parking lot, and after over 20 minutes, no one showed up. The company's phone was unanswered, so I had to call the main office to file a complaint. Eventually, I managed to return the car, but it took over two hours! The car had scratches everywhere, and the rear light was broken and fixed with glue. Make sure to check the car thoroughly when picking it up!

Like: It was a fuss free booking with OK Car Rentals. Ms Chiou that assisted us throughout the entire process was very helpful and accommodating. She sent and pick up the vehicle at our hotel and fulfilled all our requests (GPS, child seat and stroller rental) for free. Communication was effectively done via email and also WhatsApp. The rental fees was also one of the most affordable ones according to my research. Car provided was clean and in good condition. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service and car rental.
Dislike: The only downside was a child car seat was given rather than an infant car seat, thus it wasn't 100% safe for my 5 months old baby as the car seat was more for a bigger child as it is forward facing and have less neck support. Given this was provided complimentary of the car rental, I have no complains. Just sharing for those who intend to request for a infant car seat. Providers speak very little english, however with Google translate this shouldn't be much of a problem.
