We never saw them. The location on the platform was wrong. Later, when we called, they said the store was not at the airport. Sometimes they said they would deliver the car to our hotel, other times they said there were no cars available. Various excuses... Later we took a taxi to the hotel, they said they would deliver the car, but never contacted us again.

The most unprofessional staff with customer support being the least recommended of all.

Searched the entire airport and asked many staff members only to find out the store is not at the airport. Had to call for a pickup. Called them, provided my booking number, and arranged a meeting place. Waited 20 minutes after being told it would take 5 minutes, only to get a call telling me no vehicles were available, and that was it. Contacted the rental platform, but they couldn't reach the store either. They suggested I take a taxi to my hotel and promised to arrange it the next day. The next day, still couldn't reach the store. I only had the IDL translation and English notarized document arranged through the rental platform, and this was the only company that allowed rentals with those documents. Others required an international driving permit (IDP), so the rental platform couldn't help. My trip was nearly ruined. It's been three days since I returned home, and the rental platform still hasn't provided a reasonable solution. Very disappointed!

The vehicle was in very good condition. Easy pick up and drop.

I booked car for pick_up at 11am but had no details of the driver and had to follow-up for one long hour with my family waiting outside in sun. The agreement terms and conditions said I will be charged more if driver had to wait but do I get refund of me and my family waiting for more than an hour .. Also the fuel tank was not full.

We give high credit to Avis Bangalore India's representative Mr. Jaya who has been very helpful in assisting. Though there are some miscommunication and long wait upon pick-up (which can be improved), but it was covered up by the helpful and cheerful personnel that make up the situation to be pleasant. Cheers...and thank you for your service.

My pick up was on airport but they called me to Avis Bengaluru office near HBR layout which cost me 700 INR and then car was not ready, even they could not find my booking till half hour. After real fight, they agreed to give me the car, which was real shit. Our drop off was on Airport and then some guy from Avis started asking for Toll which required if you want to go to the city. Really? Its your responsibility to go back. I paid when I was coming to airport, now if you wanna go back in city, pay yourself. Afte this fight they threatened me to get it cut from Deposit amount and they did. 300 INR, for 90 INR toll.

Arrived at the airport at the scheduled time and called the pickup number 100 times. There was no answer and we were left without a car and having to take a taxi.

avis made me awaited for 2 hrs in airport and then brought me to their office which was 7 kms far and then rejected.. so rudly behaviour of staff

I’m a first time user of AVIS in India and I’m very impressed with the quality of car and the overall service.

Very very bad service

Total pickup time was around 3.5 hours which is unacceptable. Rest of the journey was very good. AVIS could have prepared the car well in advance might reduce 1.5hr time

The car was changed and was not as good as the one ordered. Collection was terrible despite ringing several times to arrange at considerable cost. £1.80 per minute. Probably was on phone for about 30 minutes in total.

Great service. I liked the unlimited mileage option. Your staff was extremely helpful. Please have more options to pay the deposit so that pickup time can be minimised.

I want to have back my money ! I commanded a Hyundai Creta or Dutson Renault , but they gave me a car which is only 30 usd per day and i have paid 275$ + 70 $ , it is not normal ! I want to have back my money . Avis of New Delhi is a big wrong ! The responsable of Avis of New Delhi is not good man and he is not professionl,

The vehicle was excellent. I booked a two-box car but got a three-box larger car instead. The car's condition was also very good. Satisfied.

They made fool of us, kept us waiting on the airport for 4 hours and never showed up. They handed over the car after two days.

It is taking 2 months to get a refund of deposit with multiple calls
