Take the blue and white bus to the McCarran Rent-a-car center. From Terminal Three: Follow signs to Ground Transportation from Baggage Claim on Level Zero. Proceed to the Rental Car Shuttle located outside West doors 51-54 and East doors 55-58. Take the blue and white bus to the McCarran Rent-a-car center.

A vehicle can be driven across the Canadian border at any time, no matter what location it was rented from. It is recommended to have PERS coverage when using vehicle in cross border rentals for the US and Canada. The renter must have a valid driver's license and rental record to cross the border into Canada. Canadian law does require that everyone entering the country have a passport, so everyone in the vehicle must have the proper identification. If a renter (including a Canadian resident) is driving a U.S. rented (and licensed in the U.S.) vehicle to Canada, it can only be driven across the border for up to 30 days unless an extension is requested from Customs at the time of entry.

Car was great. Only issue i had was we arrived late evening and thrifty desk was closed and redirected to Dollar desk where we waited for over an hour and a half.
