Pick-up Instructions

The Apex - Wellington Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to Apex - Wellington Airport car rental when you arrived.

1. Upon arrival, phone 0800 300 115 and let us know that you're ready to be picked up. 2. Proceed to the ground floor and exit through doors E, F, or G. Turn to the right. 3. Follow the footpath down to a sign saying PRE-BOOKED VEHICLE & CAR RENTAL SHUTTLE and wait for our branded Apex shuttle van to pick you up. 4. When the van arrives, the driver will load your luggage into the back of the van or into a trailer. 5. Please tell the driver your name and show him your confirmation (if required). 6. The rental location is two minutes drive from the airport terminal.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the car to our office at 363 Broadway, Miramar and we will arrange to transfer you to the terminal.

I picked up the car at the office at 9AM on last Sunday but experienced with the unfriendly, no service mind male staff at the counter. After we got in to the car, we noticed that the seatbelt at the back seat didn't work just before we drove out. Then the female staff was still care enough and changed the new car for us, but didn't talk anything, just kept me the key and disappeared. My first time worse car rental experience in NZ!
