We will pick you up at Keflavík International Airport when your flight has arrived, and you have collected your luggage. We will meet you in the arrival hall with our logo on a whiteboard. From the airport, we will transfer you directly to our Keflavík Office, Bogatröð 1, 262 Reykjanesbær (Keflavík). There we will deliver the car and provide you with all the information you need. Our representative arrives at the arrival hall every 20-30 minutes (given that customers are scheduled and have provided the correct flight information). The car I rented outside was not clean and had many damage when I picked up was cold weather, strong wind and snowing hardly ( I had just arrived Iceland). They had 2 customers in hurry so I could not check anything and I didn’t got GPS that I requested on email I thought it should be prepared for me in car already and they went away from office already too I asked them when I returned car they said I should told before pick up car!!! I sure I didn’t made car new damage if they will not charge me after they may me fair car and fair care.

The car pickup took too long, the staff was inattentive, and the car had already driven over 130,000 kilometers. Although it didn't cause any issues during use, the mileage was too high.

The service from this company is very poor. They always give you the smallest car available despite your reservation. The vehicles are in poor condition and very dirty. They aggressively push insurance sales, and if you tell them you bought insurance in your own country, they mock you and claim you don't understand Iceland. There are many hidden charges, and they have no ethics when it comes to making money. Our car was rear-ended by another vehicle, and even though the other party was fully responsible and we filled out the quick settlement form, we were still charged for mutual vehicle processing fees! I've been to Iceland five times, and this company is the most unscrupulous.

It's just a few minutes from the airport to the parking lot, but they charged 90 euros for the shuttle service without mentioning it during the car rental process. I only found out when I asked. A few days after returning home, I found out that over 100 euros had been deducted from my card. After emailing them and not getting a response, I called long distance and they said it was due to the car being dirty. They sent photos showing mud on the floor mats. The key issue is that they didn't inform me that the car needed to be washed before returning.

Pretty good. The staff will pick you up at the airport. Buying insurance at the store seems to be cheaper than buying it here. There are detailed insurance descriptions on the table when registering information. I suggest buying insurance at the store. Additionally, there was a small incident where the rear window wiper fell off due to aging. I was worried there would be a compensation dispute, but the rental company kept apologizing once they found out.
