The car model was completely different from what was promised. The staff just said: There's nothing we can do, it's a car model group. How can a Ford seven-seater be the same as a Chrysler Grand Voyager (similar space to a GL8)? They arbitrarily decide what belongs to the same group without any prior reference.

They just handed you the key and asked you to pick up the car yourself. No staff assistance during pickup. Reserved a Volkswagen three months in advance, but got switched to a Japanese SUZUKI which I am not familiar with. Luckily, the car wasn't complicated, or it would have taken quite some time to figure out, wasting time. Significant service difference compared to Europcar in Germany.

The service was excellent, convenient, and efficient. The procedures were simple. When returning the car during heavy rain, the Icelandic staff kindly drove me back to the airport. It would have taken 10 minutes to walk, and getting soaked in the rain wouldn't have been pleasant.

Very satisfied. When I placed the order, I selected an Outlander, but at the rental location, they provided a Highlander instead. The car was very new with less than 50,000 kilometers on the odometer. It had heating and cooling air conditioning, phone charging ports, and was a fuel-efficient hybrid. The 4WD had plenty of power. The rental company also informed me in advance about a minor flaw on the car window. Returning the car was smooth; they just checked the car's condition, and that was it. Overall, very satisfied.

Positive feedback: The staff at the car rental counter were very nice and extremely patient. Negative feedback: The car pickup process was quite lengthy due to the large number of customers and only two service personnel. The pickup location was inconvenient and located outdoors. The Kia vehicle I rented had poor performance, with inadequate power and frequent false alerts (seatbelt reminder, tire pressure warning, and front obstacle detection). The car return experience was unsatisfactory; initially, no staff were present, and I had to wait for a while until they came back. They asked me to move the car to their designated spot (even though my parking spot was not far away). In contrast, Hertz next door had two staff members actively assisting customers.
