Pick-up Instructions

The Envy - Honolulu Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

You can walk to the counter of Envy - Honolulu Airport car rental.

Your car will be parked at the last 5th floor of Parking Garage D across the main terminal. Please go to the parking between entrance E and entrance D near the baggage claim area, then take a lift to the 4th floor and then use stairs to the last roof open floor. You car will be on your right. The keys will be inside the car in the left door pocket. All documents will be in a glove box. Envy.rent will send you the pictures of the exact car before your trip starts. You won’t find envy.rent stall there or envy.rent service representative. You will just find your rental car there. To leave the airport you will need the parking ticket. Parking ticket is in the left door pocket, together with the key and cash. Pay for the parking using the cash, that is left near the parking ticket, or use your own credit card. After paying please put change and parking receipt into the same left door pocket,

Drop-off Instructions

Please, leave the car at the top level of airport parking lot — Parking Garage D (All airlines) — the same spot where you picked up the car. To reach the parking follow “Parking, Rental Car Return” signs: And then take Parking All Airlines entrance. You need the last roof floor: Then allThen all you need to do is: 1. Leave the keys inside the car in the left door pocket . 2. Leave the parking ticket in cup holder between the seats. 3. Make the photo of the car and the spot and send to ust in reply to this email.

Terrible! Absolutely do not use this company! The rental company is too small and has no customer service. They just leave the car in the parking lot with the keys inside, give you $5 for parking fees, and send you an email telling you where the car is. You have to find it yourself! No airport staff have heard of this rental company! The worst part is, I rented two cars but was only given one email and one license plate number. I had no idea where the other car was. When I contacted the rental platform, they didn't help either. Finally, when I got in touch with the rental company, they did not apologize at all and just gave me another license plate number over the phone and told me to keep looking. In summary -- absolutely do not use this company! Also, I rented an XC90, which is an SUV, but they gave me a Toyota van. How on earth is that the same class? I'm currently filing a complaint!

The vehicle was very new, having only been driven 1300 km. The built-in GPS was extremely helpful as my phone's TomTom app led me astray twice. Fortunately, the car's onboard navigation got me to the right place.
