Once you have collected your baggage and have all you passengers ready, please call the branch on phone number 1800 808 122 or +61 3 8336 6100 to inform us you have arrived and ready for a pick up service. Once you have informed our staff of your arrival please follow their directions to the following pick up points: T1-Walk out of the main doors and straight across the courtyard to the pickup area. Wait in the pickup area ZONE F. Approximately 60m. T2-Walk out main doors, straight across the courtyard and wait in pickup area ZONE A. Approximately 50m. The time to travel between T3 & 4 ---> T1 & 2 is approximately 7 mins. T3-Walk out main doors and cross both pedestrian crossings. Arrive at pick up area and wait in ZONE D. (D is located on the customers right) Approximately 60m. T4-Walk out main doors and cross both pedestrian crossings. Arrive at pick up area and wait in ZONE D. (D is located on the customers left). Approximately 60m.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the car to the store, then take the shuttle bus to the airport or by yourself. If you need help, please call +61 3 8336-6100.No Out of Hours service available and no key drop option, vehicle must be collected and returned during operating hours.

Like: I liked that they listened to my feedback, I booked on a third party site and some of the pickup location information was missing as well as instruction to call and let them know you were ready for pickup. The process was detailed and easy and quick once I was at their office to collect the car. I was offered additional discounts and the option to extend my hire for the same price I had booked it for - not a higher price :)

Booked corolla, received hiundai with high kms and smell of smoke inside, but car was clean and reliable. Some concern with the sat nav as the maps were out of date. ended up bit confused and lost once. Staff were very good at drop off and pick up, including shuttle bus driver who got us back to airport promptly

Confusing instructions on pick up area at airport. Person was not familiar with the airport layout. Long time to wait (told it could be up to 30 minutes) and office is long distance from airport. Told that the car was fully fueled but only 3/4 full. Multiple warning indicators in car including low windscreen fluid levels, low tire pressure and needing servicing. Only positive comment is the van driver was very friendly and helpful.
