Pick-up Instructions

Follow the signs to train Voie 3-4. Take the escalator on the left towards level -1 towards rental car counters. Enterprise, National, Alamo will be at the entrance. The Car park called EFFIA is located at 3 rue de Compiegne 75010 Paris.

Drop-off Instructions

The Car park called EFFIA is located at 3 rue de Compiegne 75010 Paris. Please pay attention to the automatic door at the entrance of the parking lot. It will open automatically when vehicles approach. The return will be at level -7. You will find signs with Alamo/Enterprise/National on it to know where to park the car. If no staff is present in the parking area, take the lift to level -1 and return the key in our keybox. Please note that the parking is closed between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM.

I'll skip the minor issues, but the most serious problem is that this car rental company randomly charged my credit card, overcharging me by more than 600 euros. They couldn't explain why this happened or where the extra charge came from. Is charging customers arbitrary? If so, running this business must be easy. The counter attendant was extremely unhelpful and had a bad attitude, almost as if I owed them something. Overall, the trip was great, but the car rental experience was terrible. There won't be a next time.

Procedures handled on the first basement level of the train station took about 5 minutes. Car pickup and exterior inspection on the seventh basement level also took about 5 minutes. The entire process was under 15 minutes, very convenient and efficient.

Picked up the car at Paris Lyon. The staff mentioned a network issue which caused the tablet to malfunction, and one charge couldn’t be removed. As a result, I ended up paying just over 1000 euros, including a 250-euro deposit (though the deposit showed as zero). Since the deposit wasn’t reflected, he said he would make a note of it so it would be fine when I returned the car. In a rush, I only realized after picking up the car that for my 10-day rental, they had mistakenly charged the second driver fee for 12 days. At drop-off, the inspection staff didn’t notice the note about the 250-euro deposit. I had to point it out before he went to verify it, and he told me to leave since I needed to catch my flight. I’m still waiting for an email confirmation and for the deposit refund to be processed.
