Pick-up Instructions

The MODE - Rentals Christchurch Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to MODE - Rentals Christchurch Airport car rental when you arrived.

Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call us on (03) 595 1828 from your mobile or from any of the public phones in the terminal to order your shuttle. To meet your shuttle, head towards the domestic terminal and exit through door 2 next to the Air New Zealand Service Desk. Our driver will meet you in the Car Rental Transfers area outside door 2.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the vehicle to the branch and one of our team members will arrange a shuttle bus to bring you back to the airport.

Car has some slight damage but otherwise fine. The Yaris is small as I expected but quite adequate for the two of us. The engine is somewhat underpowered for an automatic and the gearbox had to change down a gear quite often. Service very friendly.

Car was received in excellent condition , it was neat and tidy, smooth pick up experience as well. Special mention for Ryan in Christchurch who was fantastic, very responsive and resolved queries related to Auckland in addition to the ones in Christchurch . Absolutely wonderful person to deal with. He waited patiently at airport as well as it took us a little longer than anticipated with the family to reach the shuttle pick up point . 5 star service.
