Pick-up Instructions

Please contact the staff to pick you up to ROUTE 1 - Keflavik International Airport car rental when you arrived.

When you arrive in Iceland you will see signs in the arrivals hall for the Car Rental Shuttle Service and our company Logo. Exit the arrivals hall and follow the signs to the bus stop. The shuttle will take you to our airport office, located approx 600 meters away from the terminal. When returning your rental car, you bring the car back to our office at Arnarvellir 4, 235 Keflavik airport. Then you hop on the shuttle bus back to the departure hall of the airport. For after hours pickups (from 19:00), please contact us with good notice to get detailed pickup instructions before your arrival, the general office number is 00354 455 0000. If there's anything you need while you are here just get in touch.

Extremely dissatisfied. This is the worst car rental company's service I've experienced in years. First of all, the company is not called rounte1 but Geysir. You can't find it in the airport guide at all. There are always a dozen people lining up at any time in the store, and you can't see any service staff. Everyone is just waiting foolishly, whether it's picking up or dropping off the car.
