Bon service

The car was dirty, smelly, and scratched all over. This is not what one expects when renting a car. Furthermore, it was the first time that the credit card was required to be in the same name as the driver.

They provided an upgrade on the vehicle which was great as the vehicle provided was perfect for our trip.

Plan to arrive early though because check-in took almost an hour

NEVER AGAIN EUROPCAR! They are saying we returned the car damaged. But we didn't. Anyway, they charged us more than 2000NZD 3 weeks later!!!! Calling them didn't get me anywhere as they only had the information "it's damaged". Sorry. The department responsible for this is not available. Get Europcar out of your system!

We got Tiguan allspace - the level we bookes. The counter stuff were helpful and nice.

Error made online meaning Innneded to upgrade or not have a car.

Carro em bom estado e atendeu bem. Tivemos apenas um pequeno problema no medidor de combustível, que não indicou o enchimento do tanque, ao reabastecermos o carro. Mas isso não foi problema na vistoria de devolução do carro. Infelizmente não havia funcionários da locadora no aeroporto e tivemos que andar do terminal até a locadora. Apenas na volta é que tivemos transporte até o aeroporto.

We struggled to understand why a pin head size mark ( this is not an exaggeration) on the windscreen was the focus of attention especially given the very dirty car we were given at pick up. Fortunately my wife had photographed every surface of the car at pick up and she was able to identify the pin head on one of the photographs. This really concerned us as a trust issue for us with Europecar.Their cut off for what is an issue with a car being returned seems very out of step with other companies which use the size of a coin as the cut off. Are Eoropecar trying to set up customers for pay outs or was this just one over zealous employee? I would appreciate a response to this question Thanks

C'est le seul loueur qui ne voulait pas d'une carte identité informatique. J'ai dû retourner à la mairie dans laquelle j'ai fait ma demande de renouvellement pour récupérer les papiers. Côme évoqué toujours un problème de restitution, les loueurs nous demandent de prendre des photos avant le départ mais les voitures sont collées les unes aux autres impossible de prendre des photos correctement puis ils veulent vous rentre responsable des rayures alors que les marques partaient en frottant à la main.

Un peu d'attente au guichet, mais compensé par la qualité de la voiture et la compétence des personnels.
