Jeremy and Kathy at the Tobago branch were the perfect examples of what customer service should be! Jeremy was always pleasant and Kathy was extremely accommodating
The counter staff member was very helpful and friendly. The only things I would suggest would be to make sure that renters are fully familiar with the controls. As I hired a 4x4 it took me a while to understand when I was in 4 shell dri e and when I wasn't.
