The rental company is not worth the good ratings. They downgraded the car I reserved. I booked an Opel Astra, but they gave me a Skoda Rapid. Do they think Chinese people are fools?

1. Our flight was delayed, and we were informed that our original vehicle was no longer available. We were required to pay an extra 18 euros per day to upgrade the vehicle, which does not comply with the contract terms. 2. The staff did not guide us to the vehicle, making it impossible to inspect the vehicle's condition on-site or to receive instructions on how to use the vehicle.

There was a system issue when swiping the card, but they didn't admit it.

Picked up the car half an hour early, didn't understand the contract, ended up paying for an additional year.

all OK, however I believe I was not happy that they charged me for a scratch which you can't notice at all at the time of picking up the car. Not myself nor the staff could have seen this. I am surprised the staff noticed this when I dropped back the car. I told them this is hardly anything and not at all caused by me, it must have been there already. When I took the car it was evening so you can't even notice it. They did not want to believe and charged me Euro 558 for something which if they want to fix is negligible amount. I am sure it is so negligible they will not at all fix and keep as is. You can't charge such a huge amount, it is not reasonable and not fair in any sense. I

The lady at the reception had black hair and blue eyes. Though not particularly stunning, she had an elegant and kind demeanor, with a captivating smile. Her English was excellent! The elderly gentleman who brought us to the car was dressed in a suit and very nice...

Far from the airport, the car is almost scrapped, serious safety hazards, no gasoline, had to call for oil in the middle of the trip. Worst car rental experience

Professional service

When picking up the car in a dark underground garage on level 2 or 3, it was hard to see the car clearly. As a result, I did not notice some tiny chips in the paint. When dropping off the car in a well-lit outdoor area, the staff pointed out a small paint chip and blamed it on me. I am very sure there was no collision or scraping in that area. This made the return process very unpleasant.

This is 6km away from Airport but price is much cheaper! You just need to call them to pick up.

It is easy to use and you can cancel anytime. Always give you best price! super.

The car was wonderful and nicely maintained. Extremely happy about the overall experience of the car. The staff was courteous too.
