The vehicle provided was a new car with less than 3000 kilometers on it, and it was in excellent condition. The staff was enthusiastic and professional. They didn't require me to buy an extra tank of fuel, only to return the car with a full tank. The pickup service in Quebec and the drop-off in Toronto were both very smooth.
QEEQ was great! It was an enjoyable car rental experience abroad, except for the incorrect return location on the map instructions at Toronto Pearson International Airport. Everything else was fine!
The staff was very diligent and efficient. Seeing a lot of people, someone from the neighboring counter proactively came to help. The procedures were not too complicated, but it's still good to know a little English.
