After returning the car, I didn't receive any documentation. Just a 'finished' and I had no clue what else to do.

Nous avons été surclassés et avons pu profiter d'un "camion" (Suburban Chevrolet) avec un confort exceptionnel, plein d'options... Même si la taille nous a fait un peu peur au départ, l'expérience a été exceptionnel. Le personnel à Québec a été fort sympathique et nous a donné tous les conseils nécessaires.

Nous sommes passés par kayak et tout s'est bien passé.

J'ai loue la voiture en ville et ils etaient tellement en retard que jai finalement ete la recuperer a l'aeroport directement, heureusement que quelquun a pu me dposer

The original car they gave was faulty. Had to return and replace it. Time was wasted but replacement was great

La voiture a été impliqué dans je ne sais quoi et apparemment c'est avec le client qui avait loué la voiture avant moi ce qui fait la police est venue me contrôler à mon hôtel et j'ai été obligé de revenir échanger la voiture le lendemain

Voiture confortable et moderne. Formalités rapides et sans souci. Néanmoins : - entretien en retard - consomme beaucoup de carburant - protection de coffre absente - ménage visiblement non fait entre deux locations

La voiture était beaucoup mieux que ce que je pensais, plus grande, très agréable à conduire. C était parfait.

Good, but the car model has a low chassis, which is uncomfortable.

The quote I was given for the hire didn’t match what I was charged- I was charged more. When I queried this at pick up I was told it was probably the taxes. It clearly states on my paper work the amount I should pay at the counter and it doesn’t mention anywhere that taxes need applying. I do feel this is wrong as there was a clear list of what was and wasn’t included. Very misleading and disappointing especially as 2 weeks hire cost me more than 3 week hire from Hertz on the west coast.

Price Drop Protector - not sure it even came into play. I do feel I’ve been charged more than I should have been.
