FARO AIRPORT CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

Owned by Europcar (collected from the Europcar desk), so a fast and professional service (not pushy for optional extras) - couldn't have been happier & the little Fiat 500 was fun to drive. Being located in the airport at Faro made if a much faster experience than other off-site companies.

Rip off

La voiture était propre. Seul probleme est que j'ai mentionné un dommage sur la voiture lorsque je l'ai prise, je l'ai inscrite sur le document de l'agence mais pas sur le mien et par conséquent lors du retour de la voiture, l'agence m'a facturé le dommage.

Counter staff were completely unhelpful and rude. Will never use them again.

Pick process was long and you could think of ways of speeding it up

We did get to take the car we booked. Hidden charges galore totally more than €200 at SURPRICE, charge for collection after 8pm, they wouldn’t release car without their insurance even though we had separate cover for a year, didn’t except AMEC and wanted to charge for second driver in order to use a second persons card. Addition changes for toll road machine. Stead clear of this company

Booking was easy but will think twice next time and go with one of the more we’ll known car rental companies

No not good

I noted there were bad comments on FB page about Surprice rent a car but I can honestly say none of them rang true in my experience with them. Counter staff polite friendly and did not push more insurance. The man who check vehicle when we returned was also polite and it was very quick. Would use them again as I think i saved approx €300!!

Voiture plus petite mais le prix inchangé et aucune réaction du loueur. Ils m ont demander 15 euros par jour car je n avais pas de carte pour la caution, après avoir insister pour qu ils prennent ma carte de crédit qui prouver servir de carte pour la caution. Personne non aimable !

Prices are fantastic

I was frustrated by hidden extra charges.

Charged 50 for late drop off, despite the flight being delayed and details provided to the company. Charged an extra driver fee at the counter despite having already paid on booking. Woman on desk was uncooperative and unhelpful.

Impolite and con the customer into getting extra insurance and charge you for the toll device. In effect this almost doubled the cost of the car hire. I will never use them again.

We had to get a taxi to the pick up location due to the number of people waiting at airport for the bus and then had to queue for 2.5 hours to pick up the car. It was terrible!

Wrong vehicle provided but eventually changed. Staff unhelpful. Long wait on service. misleading information by staff.

annonce tout compris pour 120e lors de la réservation en ligne avec taxe comprise etc et prélèvement de 100e supplémentaires une semaine après la restitution avec explications évasives, aimabilite de la personne a la prise du véhicule a améliorer

Personnel qui profite de chaque occasion pour nous faire adhérer à des assurances qui sont déjà prises en compte avec le réseau VISA. L’hotesse nous force la main sinon nous ne pouvions retirer le véhicule

Agence de location à fuir absolument. Attente de 2h pour finalement repartir sans voiture. Arrivés à l'agence avec un taxi que nous avons payé car la navette était pleine. Personnel à l'accueil de l'agence catastrophique mal aimable et inhumain.
