Like: We reached Tromso late in night. The agent at the desk was simply awesome. He patiently explained everything and also gave us a escort to our place. He went above and beyond. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Highly recommended!!!!

Enterprise is quite good. I mentioned I had bought insurance on the platform, so they didn't try to upsell.

The car is preassigned when i onboard for pick-up. Car condition is good. I was holiday traveler for self drive and northern light chasing.

Best rate compared with other platforms.

The car is new, and the diesel engine is powerful.

I returned the car to the airport 10 mins after the set return time and i was charged a full extra day of rental. I had to contact Budget customer service after returning home with international call to get my charge reversed. I think Budget can do a little better (I asked the counter if everything good, he replied YES everything good) when returning key to the counter. Otherwise one little issue might ruining the whole trip.

Très bien comme d'habitude à Tromso, seul petit bémol sur l'efficacité des pneus hiver de ce véhicule par rapport à celui que j'avais loué en janvier au même endroit, la tenue de route n'était vraiment pas terrible et impossible de prendre certaines routes un peu pentues, alors qu'avec le véhicule que j'avais loué en janvier j'étais passée aux même endroits sans aucun soucis, avec ce véhicules nous avons rencontrés quelques difficultés de tenue de route...
