A mon arrivée à l'accueil on a voulu me vendre une voiture plus grande pour 20€/jour en plus, je trouve dommage que l'on essaye à chaque fois de nous vendre toujours plus si j'ai réservé une voiture comme çà c'est que je voulais çà !!!!
Interrent / Goldcar in Menorca provide the worst pick-up and drop-off experience I've ever been made to suffer. Ever...
Out of date and confusing signing makes you spend 30min in the airport before you find where the shuttle is. That is followed by 2 hours of queues under the sun with third-world services before you can pick up your car. And that is culminated with a drop-off that included about an hour wait for the shuttle.
Worst experience ever... Never again Interrent. Never again Goldcar.
Collection point was not on airport as described. So after queuing for 20 mins then had to find a shuttle bus( not clear where from) and go off airport. So booking not as described.

The customer service was terrible. Upon arrive we spent 2.5 hours waiting to be served. When our number was called, after waiting so long, it was said in spanish only, when most costumers in the office were International. We relied on the screen that only made a chime when the queue adjusted. When I saw it was my turn and left my seat in the 15 seconds it took me to walk to the counter she already called 2 more numbers. We all arrived at the same time and she serviced the last number called rather than the two other people waiting for over an hour already. Everyone in the service area seemed to be upset about something from the return process, to an unassisted elderly man who was unclear about the car collection process. The service ticket system was not very obvious to most waiting - some waiting for some time before realizing that they had to take a number. Additionally, we walked away with a final bill of 240. When our quoted rate was 136. We had no optional add-ons, returned the car with a full tank and on time. The car return process was also not clear that you had to get out of the car line up and wait in line outside of the office door - where there was only one person handling the returns for all of the people trying to get to their morning flights. There was a queue of at least 10-15 people. Again, most costumers were clearly distressed and confused.
Horrible! Vente mensongère et forcée !!! Arrivée à l'aéroport il était prévu de récupérer le véhicule sur place mais impossible de trouver l'agence car le fléchage actuel ne correspond à rien. Aucune indication que interent à été racheté par goldcar qui utilise des navettes pour aller à l'extérieur de l'aéroport. Et en plus arrivés sur place comme par hasard aucune de nos cb ne passent et on nous force à prendre une assurance ce qui nous revient à payer 3 fois le prix d'intérêt sinon pas de voiture ! Lamentable comme service et information. La prochaine fois je prendrai une enseigne plus connue.
Goldcar was the company. Service at the rental place was very poor with a very long wait time. Not enough staff available to discuss prior damage to the car and basic instructions.

The Main problem was at the Airport. The Interrent pick up was advertised as being on site and Interrent supposedly shared an office with Europ car. In fact Interrent do not share with Europ car, and the pick up location is off site and has to be reached by a shuttle bus, which I specifically didn't want to do. The car hire aspect once at the office was pretty good & the car was fine and quite new. Drop off was very effecient.
Pick up point literally just outside the airport, 20 seconds walk. Waited less than 1 minute and was taken to the car pick up area, this was 5 minutes drive from the airport, so from airport to pick up desk less than 10 minutes. Only down point was a bit of a wait to do paperwork for car, but all desks were open and service was with a smile. Picked up my car with only 300km on it, so was virtually brand new, high spec car with sat nav. Delivery back took max 5 minutes and a drop off vehicle was waiting to take me back, so no hanging around. Overall very impressed with service and car. Would definitely use again.

Very easy process and got email confirmation straight away.
It was unclear how to find the shuttle bus. Needed to wait 40 minutes until one arrived. The shuttles of other rental agencies travel much more frequently.
I booked a 7 seat vehicle as I wanted to be able to fit in 7 people. The car had 7 seats but could not possibly have say anyone in the third row. This was a bit disappointing.
Pushy staff, tried to make us take out extra insurance for over£200, we had full insurance taken out with easy rent on booking. We explained this but still they tried to make us take out their insurance as well ( we declined) . She then asked us to upgrade the car also and pay a waver of 21 euro to pay for flexi fuel .
Très bonne voiture , quasi neuve et très propre. Récupération en minibus, retour impeccable avec transport minibus jusqu à l aeroport pour prendre l avion a 8h.
Was told there were no petrol cars available and I would have to pay en extra €70 for a diesel (despite later reading in their own T&C's that there should be no charge in this case). Fortunately while I argued a petrol car was found.

Venden el alquiler del coche como si se recogiese en el aeropuerto y no es así, te llevan en un autobús a buscarlo, en la recogida te venden un seguro a todo riesgo sin ninguna necesidad de ello y si no lo contratas (130€) te bloquean 1.100€ en tu tarjeta por si el coche sufre el minino daño, y tienes que estar una hora antes para entregar el coche, una mala experiencia al recoger el coche...
I could not fault the staff of Europcar or the vehicle they supplied as it was an upgrade on the vehicle that had been booked at no additional cost. The car had only 3000km on the clock and was presented the TV
in immaculate condition.
