車両はこの上なく快適な多分金額の中でも上級の部類の車を貸していただけて大変満足です。 ただし、乗用車というよりSUVに近く車体が大きかったので知らない土地で乗り回すには少し大きかったかなと思います。

予約は簡単にすることが出来ました。 又機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Easy pickup, quick dropoff, highly recommend

It was an excellent experience. Service was fast and in 10 min I was driving away. I did several rentals from this location and never had a problem.

Very easy to use system and clear messages. No problem at all at the rental point.

In Lucerne, I couldn't find the Alamo rental company at the pickup location because the address Inseliquai 12a 6005 Luzern has no car rental companies. Eventually, I found a Europcar rental office next to a hotel on another street and realized that's where I was supposed to pick up the car. They gave me a Golf station wagon, which was relatively new with 17,000+ kilometers on it and in good condition. I paid 79 CHF for a different drop-off location. Returning the car at Geneva Airport took over an hour to find the drop-off point due to the lack of a specific address, luckily I had allowed an extra hour. The car rental company's service was still very good.

The store is near the train station, easy to find. Renting a car is convenient and professional.

Overall ok. But small scratch at the front side body. The repair charges is so expensive CHF1000++.

Both pickup and drop-off went smoothly, and the staff were very efficient.

More details are needed about the drop off location since the parking areas of Europecar were tricky to find

Pickup was smooth, the car was almost brand new, in great condition, and had good smart features like lane departure warnings and reliable speed limit recognition with timely overspeed reminders. Right before returning the car and after refueling (near the store), we got into a minor accident (someone hit us while refueling). Fortunately, a manager from the store was nearby and helped us handle the situation, so we returned the car without issues. Except for the deposit, there were no attempts to sell insurance or upgrade the car model. The return process was hassle-free without meticulous checks of the car's exterior. The Lucerne train station is quite large, so finding the store for pickup took some effort, but returning the car was much easier as we were familiar with the route.

There was no promised Chinese navigation system. It was my first time driving this type of vehicle, and the staff assumed I understood everything, but their explanation was not detailed enough.

Free upgrade of car which is good but the upgraded car came with scratches. Upon return, they claimed to have no such records in the system. Luckily I have photos to prove my innocence. During collection, they mislead me to think that my deposit was made for a compulsory payment for a full tank of fuel. Eventually, i did not refuel upon return and they took my whole deposit.

Satisfied in overall. However, we felt that we were charged a lot for car seat and booster seat. They should have been free.
