Very satisfied, trustworthy. They are very diligent in following up on issues, making renting a car in a foreign country feel safe. The car was significantly upgraded without additional charges, which is very considerate.

Aggressive, rude and condescending counter service from the female staff who "has been here for two years" - refused to provide clarity on the insurance that was supposed to be comprehensive or how we claim any charges in case of an event. While we purchased zero-excess insurance here, Europcar Tunis claims not to have comprehensive insurance and we had to figure out the difference through a lengthy phone call with Europcar and Easyrentcars. She only tried to explain once the agencies were on the phone.

Service attitude was average. When there's a language barrier, they are unwilling to explain much. Queue time was too long.

The staff spoke good English, making communication easy. After returning the car, they even kindly called to check taxi prices for me.

There were hidden charges; they insisted on a 20 dirham so-called airport tax when picking up the car. That's about 45 RMB, and there wasn't any receipt provided.

Terrible rental company. They gave me a broken car, claiming the engine was faulty because I used the wrong fuel.

Both picking up and returning the car were quick and efficient, but Tunisians tend to ask for extra money randomly. Initially, I was asked to pay 16 dinars for some tax, but later they said one dinar would be fine and handed over the car. When I returned the car at the departure terminal, they wanted to charge me 10 dinars for an upstairs return service fee. When I questioned this, they said it was not necessary.

The service efficiency was quite satisfactory, and the car pickup and drop-off were convenient, right in the arrival hall. However, there was some dishonesty regarding the deposit; they mentioned it would be refunded within a day or two after the car was returned, but it has been half a month and it still hasn't been refunded.

When picking up the car, the inspection report already had circles marking over a dozen scratches and dents on the car body. I pointed out some additional spots myself. When returning the car, they suddenly claimed that a certain spot was a new scratch. I am sure that it wasn't caused by me, but due to lack of experience, I didn't take photos of the entire car. In the end, I had to sign due to rushing to catch a flight. The inspection staff seemed to be taking advantage of the situation to extort money from customers. They later charged me over 1,200 RMB without providing any invoice, email, or notification. I had purchased insurance but now don't know how to make a claim.

The staff service attitude was acceptable. However, we booked an automatic transmission, but they assigned us a manual one. After coordination, they provided us with a smaller vehicle. The car rental company refused to give any compensation, but eventually, we received partial compensation from the rental platform.

The car was excellent. But service was terrible. nobody was trhere. we tried to find the car more then 55 minuteds. we assked more then twelve place and person to find the person who will delivered the car to us.

They are too stingy with customers! Renting a car for three days and only allowing 20 minutes of grace period for return!
