The counter staff in Santa Monica was unhelpful annd extremely unfriendly , she gave us no information about the car or charges …. We were very disappointed with the service we got the lady was so rude and unprofessional …
In comparison in San Francisco at the drop off the service was exceptional .

The Jeep was a bargain and a great vehicle. But Budget kept billing my card an extra $1,500. Yep, they just charged it to the card 4 times throughout the booking, so around $6k in total which was all a mistake by Budget. So far two of them have been refunded, still chasing for the other two to be refunded. All up about 3hrs of my life spent on phone calls plus the hassle of my card going over it’s limited while waiting for these charges to get get reversed.
