We originally booked for Chrysler Pacifica but due to some problems with the assigned car we were offer Nissan Pathfinder, we are happy with the alternative arrangements
We were told by phone earlier that Hertz can pick us up at rainbow bridge when we enter US from Canada, but when called again when we arrived at the exit of rainbow bridge we were told that the journey would take more than 15 min and it is outside the pick up range
