Counter was not crowded during this time of the year,
The car was as expected size & model same as advertised, it could have been better if there was heat in the steering.

The car was great. The guy didn’t bring us our car like he did for other passengers and made us walk to get ours. Additionally, we did not get a drop off service although it was a 5 min or less drive to port and I told them I was pregnant.

QEEQ was fine to book with. However, when I’d thought we’d booked at the wrong rental place, they offered no help in transferring the car to another location. Fortunately, we found we did book at the right place but we were annoyed that QEEQ customer service would not have been able to assist us if we had not.
