Very accommodating as they were able to change our pick up location at the airport rather than from Airlie Beach given that the beach location would have been closed by the time we would have landed.
Simon who was the Europ car representative, was superb with accommodating our needs and changing the pick up location.
Front desk representative for europ car at PPP airport was very detailed and accommodating as well.
They charged a bunch of extra fees and didn't explain what they were for. There were ADM fees, sales tax, and VRF fees, but I have no idea what those are!!!!
