Fine car and a friendly lady at the Airlie Beach Counter

Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. There was a minor mishap when I returned the car. I was supposed to return the key to the car rental counter in the airport hall, but I accidentally left it in the car. Later, I contacted the rental company by phone and they informed me that the return was completed, so there was no need to worry.

I always choose Europcar for overseas car rentals. I'm very satisfied with their overall service.

Counter staff were shocking communicators

I rented the car for 3 days but was charged 4 days. Picked up the car at 1708 on 22nd and returned on 1725 on 25th. However my return was processed on 1747 instead. Felt it was unfair as the service desk didn’t inform me upfront about the late rental payment and received the bill statement the next day via email

Customer service very relaxed. Offered insurance which we declined (cover through travel insurance)
