1. Booked a Mitsubishi ASX but received an MG ZS, with different trunk space. More importantly, the review options did not include the received model, making evaluation impossible. Only after complaining did customer service add the model, allowing this review.
2. When picking up the car, additional driver documentation was required. Despite calling the platform twice and emailing once, the addition was not successful. Three hours before the car handover, customer service finally called, confirming the addition and requesting payment. Their attitude was poor and unprofessional.
So far, there have been nearly 10 complaints with no resolution in sight.

I waited a long time to get the car. Then I found unreported damage so I had to go back to notify staff.
Then I got charged for fuel on the return despite filling up less than a kilometre from drop off point.
The man at the pick up place was excellent and helped us booked additional time as I didn't realise that the drop off time had to be the same as the pick up time and he changed the drop off to the airport for us.

Could make it more obvious when booking that that drop off date doesn't mean any time that day, rather it is the same time as pick up.
i wanted to hire subaru forester and that is the reason i used your services, however they only got mitsubishi outlander, poor car.
nothing they can do even i insisted.
the outlander with damage and lucky i checked before picked up.
they even claimed that was my fault when i dropped off, fortunate i took a picture of that damage at pick up.
poor service.
Made a booking for a hyundai i30 or similar, got a suzuki baleno, which is similar in size but worse off on the fuel economy.
On the road, the car struggles a little on the Tasmanian hills and upslopes, but smooth drive overall. Handling was okay, transmission sometimes shifts up a gear for no reason which results in over revving, which is a known issue with this car (it was discontinued)
Came with an android-auto/apple-car compatible touchscreen interface, so you can save on getting the satnav.
Boot space is generous enough for a big luggage and two smaller sized baggage.
Europcar service staff was good, had a pleasant experience.

Qeeq offered the best prices for my dates. Worth to get the diamond membership if you are planning more then a few car rentals as the discounts offered offsets the upfront costs.
Mobile app has exclusive discounts.
Thier system was too slow and they charged 19% surcharge on top mentioning its a location charge on Airport. Had to wait for almost 40-50 mims to pick the car.

Overall process was good and easy, it is really cheap price than others. I would recommend others for sure.
Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. There was a minor mishap when I returned the car. I was supposed to return the key to the car rental counter in the airport hall, but I accidentally left it in the car. Later, I contacted the rental company by phone and they informed me that the return was completed, so there was no need to worry.

Reduce star as the car i booked is not the same model as i wanted. I know with the stated t&c “similiar car” but i am expecting I will get the same model car i have booked but in fact most of the time when hiring a car other model car will be provided on the day so what is the point of showing model on the booking scree page. It kind of upset if the car that i get on the day is worse than what i booked.

Difficult to get a quote on comprehensive insurance and when i did, it did not match that quoted at the counter which was higher, the desk assistant was helpful in sorting this out
Europcar had non of our details in the system or any other customers so it was an over an hour to process six customers with only one member of staff on duty, created for a poor customer experience

I did not need to interact with Easyrentcar. One area for improvement would be a local Australian number for help, you have it for New Zealand, why make Australia call Singapore?
Pick up took quite a while as there were some international guests before us which did take some additional time.
Pricing was quite expensive, approximately 3x what we paid in July, however I am assuming that this is due to the time of the year.
