Went there in the evening, no queue. Despite our broken English, the staff at the counter patiently listened to our explanation.

They asked me to return the car an hour early.

The working hours are too strict. We waited 1.5 hours to return the car, which does not match the hours listed on the website.

Good

The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. A particularly commendable aspect was that it started raining just when we were about to pick up the car, and the staff asked us to wait at the store entrance while they personally went to the open-air parking lot across the street to bring the car to us. The service was really considerate.

Like: They replaced me with an upgraded car. The car was clean and the condition was satisfactory. The employees were also kind. It was delayed due to the typhoon, but extended without additional money and it was a pleasant experience.
Dislike: nothing!

I always use Avis for business trips. The car pick-up is very quick, just two minutes. The staff mentioned any issues with the vehicle, explained the full-tank fuel policy, and went over the rental details briefly, then we were good to go. The car pick-up was really fast—highly recommended!

The rental place is right in front of Hyatt, making pickup and return extremely convenient. They provided a 2016 model Camaro with only 10,000 kilometers on it. The car was very new and in excellent condition. There was no hard selling, and although I had originally planned to pick up the car at 3:00 PM and return it at 5:00 PM, they did not charge any extra fees when I asked to change the pickup time to 5:00 PM.

The pickup location was supposed to be near the Kanoa Resort, but the store there was closed without any prior notice. I searched for half an hour and couldn’t reach anyone by phone. After asking around, I found out there was another store about 7-8 kilometers away. When I called that store, they informed me I had to go there to pick up the car. It took two hours, and I finally got the car around 9 PM, completely ruining my evening plans and dinner.

When we first arrived, we weren't used to the language and didn't understand some of the insurance details in English. The rental company patiently explained everything, making the experience very good.

Stayed at the hotel, the car was delivered to us, and after using it, it was returned to the hotel.

Not Enrerprise. International Alamo is right. Please let "International alamo" not enterprose the guest who receive the car.

The service attitude was great, and the pick-up and drop-off were very quick.

Like: The car was in great condition. Service was good.
Dislike: I could see CDWinsurance was included in my rsv on voucher but I went to office for picking up the car, the staff said it's not included. I showed her my voucher and she said it's Easyrentcars' side and I should pay for ir if I want.Anyway I didn't take it but It made me confused and the staff was so impolite.

Our flight arrived very late, but there was staff at the store to quickly handle the paperwork. Not bad.

ACE Rent a Car Saipan has great customer service and the transactions were smooth and fast.

Difficult to find a outside car staff to give me the keys to the car when picking up.

Like: Staff told me a much more convenient location to drop off the vehicle so I wouldn't have to return to the airport afterwards.
Dislike: Vehicle didn't match the picture- was not a crew cab.
