The young guy at the rental store was very enthusiastic, but even though we had already purchased full insurance, he still sold us another full insurance package. During the process of picking up the car in the garage, we felt the payment amount was incorrect and raised the issue with the staff there. After carefully reviewing our order, they immediately agreed to refund the amount when we returned the car. Shortly after returning the car to a different location, we received the refund. Wait in counter over 30 minute car was not ready and by time I got car it wasn’t clean and fill with gas they give me not 100% clean car .
