I booked to pick up the car at 9 am and requested two child seats. However, the rental company did not prepare them, which took me two and a half hours to finally get the car seats. We could only depart at 11:30 am. My plans for the day were canceled, and we arrived at the accommodation close to midnight. It was very bad.

Airport pickup phone was unanswered for a long time, so we had to take a cab ourselves. There were too few staff at the car pickup location, and the waiting time was up to an hour.

Well done. Efficient. Got a toyota camry instead of the toyota corolla which i am happy for the free upgrade.
