Like: National was the best rental experience yet and I am 70. Dislike: Great response from counter, A well maintained vehicle. check out and back in was smooth. Not a bad word there.
Couldn't reach customer service in the US; the line always says: 'Currently serving other customers, please wait patiently!' This was quite disappointing. Additionally, the car was old and had obvious lack of power!
Dislike: The vehicle was not ready for me at the time of pick up. It had to be washed, cleaned and prepped for pick up before I could take it. The staff didn't even know they were supposed to have a truck rental ready for me.
