アビスのフランクフルト空港での店舗サービスは、早朝のせいか、従業員は物憂げで、笑顔がない。最低なのは、僕らが決めたのは9席だったのに、しかも鍵を受け取るときに、相手と何度も確認して、結局間違えて、車庫に行ってみるとなんと7席だった。また引き返してくるしかなくて、本当にいらだった!

I clearly stated no vehicle upgrade and showed the staff my order showing I had purchased super cover. The car provided was the basic model I booked, yet I was still charged for vehicle and insurance upgrades when I returned the car! The complaint has not been resolved yet. Terrible service!

Scam company! They charged me an extra day's rent for arriving an hour early. They silently added insurance without informing me. In the end, they charged an extra 200 Euros, which is over 2000 RMB!
