Although communication was a bit challenging, the contract terms were very clear, and there were various insurance options available from basic to full coverage. The car we picked up at the airport was usually a basic model of its type, without many advanced features. However, the car condition was excellent, very clean as if new. Returning the car was also convenient – just drop the keys with the staff at the airport parking lot and head to your flight~

The car was very new, with only 8K kilometers on it. There were no extra sales pitches, and returning the car was very convenient. Because it was fully insured, the return process involved almost no inspections. Very convenient, a great experience.

Dislike: I booked through easyrent car. The fare was shown including insurance, I had to pay more and as an advance I paid 53$ . But the main renting company HERTZ, did not get the money I paid at the time of renting. I requested easteent car for a refund. Really satisfied with the service of HERTZ. but east reat car is worse.
